Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026. This starter policy explains how the pre-launch DelhiGPT website may handle information. Review it with a qualified legal professional before production use.

This static website stores demo waitlist entries only in your own browser using local storage. It does not send them to a live server.

1. Information we may collect

When live services are connected, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, contact message and questions entered into DelhiGPT.

Technical information

We may receive basic technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate region, referral page and website performance information.

2. How we may use information

  • Provide early-access and launch updates.
  • Answer support or partnership messages.
  • Improve DelhiGPT responses and website experience.
  • Protect the service from spam, abuse and security threats.
  • Meet legal obligations.

3. Chat questions and sensitive information

Do not enter passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, medical records or other highly sensitive information into the chat. Questions may be reviewed or processed to improve answer quality when the full service launches.

4. Cookies and local storage

This static demo uses browser local storage to remember a waitlist submission on the same device. A production version may use necessary cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. Any non-essential tracking should be disclosed and controlled through consent where required.

5. When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, security and AI processing. They should receive only the information needed to provide their service.

6. Retention and security

Information should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose. No online system is perfectly secure, but reasonable technical and organisational protections should be used.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain uses. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails.

8. Children

DelhiGPT is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children below the age required for independent consent in their location.

9. Changes to this policy

The policy may change as DelhiGPT launches new features. The latest version and update date will appear on this page.
